Warm Dio Greetings,

We are looking forward to welcoming you all to Waikato Diocesan School for Girls next week.  Please read this important information to understand exactly what to expect upon arrival. We have an entire team ready to help you settle in and answer all your questions and we cannot wait to meet you!

On Thursday, students will find out about the Sports and Arts extracurricular activities on offer. It would be a good idea to go to the school website to find out more and to discuss options with your daughter/s. In doing so, they will arrive knowing the questions thay want to ask of the staff and their Peer Support leaders, if needed.  Please speak to Mrs Darlene Karena if you need more information.

On Friday, 30 January, students will go directly to their period one class as shown on their timetable.  Their Dean and Form Teacher will explain how everything works, so there is nothing to worry about.  We are looking forward to welcoming you and your daughter/s into our Dio Family.  If you have any questions, please email your daughter’s year 9 Dean, Ms Davies Y9dean@wdsg.school.nz
