Boarding Houseparent/Teacher

We are looking for an energetic and caring person to work in the friendly, family environment of our Boarding establishment.  Nurturing our girls and helping them to reach their full potential is the key focus of this role.

Reporting to the Dean of Boarding, the key responsibilities for this role include ensuring students are cared for physically, emotionally and spiritually.  This role oversees the day-to-day operation of the boarding house, ensuring the girls’ boarding experience is positive and conducive to their learning and development.

The successful applicant may also be required to teach allocated classes if relevant qualifications and a current teacher registration are held. Please state your teaching subjects.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills with the ability to foster positive harmonious relationships with girls and families. Previous experience in a school or boarding facility would be highly desirable. Commitment to the school’s special character is essential.

On-site accommodation will be provided.  This position will commence at the start of Term 1, 2019.
