Senior Chef de Partie

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Chef de Partie to join our Catering team. Our catering team caters for 160 boarders and also for various school functions and events. The dining room is open seven days a week during term time and caters for holiday use of the boarding and school facilities.

Reporting to the Catering Manager, the successful applicant will have well-developed time management and organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.  An ability to communicate with, and relate well to students, along with exceptional customer service is essential.

Key requirements for the role include staff supervision, food preparation, cooking, dining room attendance and other key catering functions.  Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

The successful candidate will be required to work 30 to 35 hours power week. The role is predominantly term time, with the requirement for some hours during term breaks for functions and events.

This role will ideally commence in February 2021.
