Boarding Houseparent

We are looking for an energetic and caring person to work in the friendly family environment of our Boarding establishment.  Nurturing our girls and helping them to reach their full potential is the key focus of this role.

Reporting to the Dean of Boarding, the key responsibilities for this role include ensuring students are cared for physically, emotionally and spiritually. This role oversees the day-to-day operation of the boarding house, ensuring the girls’ boarding experience is positive and conducive to their learning and development.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills with the ability to foster positive, harmonious relationships with girls and families. Previous experience in a school or boarding facility and/or teaching experience would be highly desirable. Commitment to the school’s special character is essential.

On-site accommodation will be provided.

Finance Assistant

Are you an experienced, superstar Finance Assistant?  Do you constantly aim for outstanding outcomes in all you do?

We are seeking a confident Financial Assistant who will suit our team dynamic. This will be someone who will prioritise teamwork, cooperation, open communication, and working with integrity.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, key functions of this role include accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and managing payroll (Ace/IMS). The ideal applicant will have proven work experience as a finance assistant, along with experience and well developed skills in the following areas:

-        Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable processes, from recording to collection

-        Payroll experience (Ace or IMS Payroll would be an advantage)

-        Competent Excel user

-        Good understanding of accounting procedures

Accuracy and a high level of attention to detail are essential for this role, along with well-developed computer skills and the ability to apply confidentiality to all aspects of the role.

This full time position can offer an immediate start to the right candidate.
