Students - a google form has been sent to your school email. (Note that not all categories will apply to all disciplines.) Achievements from Term 4 2019 will also be accepted. You must nominate yourself!

We will take into account the fact that COVID-19 has caused some disruptions to our normal year, so if you were entered into an extra curricular event or competition that got cancelled please include details of this, and the work that you did towards this (email any evidence to Miss Hewitt to support after completing your application).
