Female Cheerleader Cast Member

For all female auditions you must sign up for an individual audition and attend the audition workshop. If you are a current Dio student, your parents will be sent a link to book a time (similar to learning conferences) on 11 November. If you are an incoming student, please email ghewitt@wdsg.school.nz to book an audition time from 11 November. 

Individual auditions will be on Monday 7 December 8.30am-3pm, Tuesday 8 December 8.30am - 3pm, Wednesday 9 December 8.30am - 11.30am. 

The workshop audition will be on Wednesday 10 December 12Noon-3pm

Please check the rehearsal schedule to ensure you can commit to the rehearsal and performance days and times. 

To audition to just be a cheerleader only, you must be a member of a cheerleading team currently or within the last year.  If you are not a current member of a cheer team but are interested in being part of one of the cheer teams in the show, please audition as an ensemble member.

At the individual audition you will need to:

• Prepare and perform a 30 second VOCAL cheer routine. You can choose one from the video provided here or prepare your own. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wyhBQ8voAZ0

At the workshop audition 

• This is a dance and cheer workshop. You do not need to prepare anything
  
  

• Come in clothes that are appropriate and easy to move in
  
  

• Bring a water bottle and snacks
