RE: Year 9 and 11 Parent Teacher Interviews  (Learning Conversations)

The  parent-teacher   interviews   (learning   conversations)   for  Year  9  and  11  students   will   be  on Wednesday 27 May and Friday 5 June. For this event you will  need to make your own  appointments online  on the day that  suits you best. If you do not  have access to the internet,  you can still  make bookings  by contacting  the  school  (refer  to  contact  details  below)  before  the  cut  off  deadline  of 8.30am Monday 26 May.

In order to book online, you will need to know your daughter's  subjects and teachers.  Once bookings have opened (at 8.30am on Wednesday  13 May), access the website  and then enter the school code for this specific event: CV4LJ. Please ensure that you only use this code for this event. Follow the three easy steps,  and  your  interview   schedule  will  be emailed  to  you immediately.

NOTE: It is best to allow at least ten  minutes  between  interviews  as you will  need to  move between different  rooms and we ask that  you keep to the time  allocated  out of consideration  for the other families  and the  teachers.

If you are experiencing difficulty  booking your interviews  online,   please  contact Mrs Jacquellne Smith on    (07)   8552038    extn.    2718    or    via   email    at    before the cut-off  deadline on Monday  26 May.

A letter outlining the  parent-teacher  interview process has been sent home. A copy can be accessed via the 'Quicklinks' on the Parent Portal.

* Please note that there will be an EARLY FINISH ON FRIDAY 5 JUNE 2015
To accommodate the large number of boarding parents that will attend our Year 9 and 11 Parent/Teacher Interviews (Learning Conversations), school will close early at 2.30pm.
The Te Awamutu bus runs will arrive early to accommodate our students but unfortunately the Cambridge buses will run at the usual time. Students who need to remain at school after 2.30pm can use the library and will be supervised by staff.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
